HTX Catering and Hospitality is a family-run business created by Ryan and Josie Granger. Ryan Granger was born and raised in Houston, Texas and received a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston.
Josephine Granger was born in Helsinki, Finland and graduated Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI, in Restaurant & Hotel Management.
We have catered the Houston area for over 20 years since 1998 and have become the “unofficial” caterers to the Houston Museum District and Medical Center through their brands Bodegas Taco Shop, Fia’s Pizzeria and The Park Grill.
